Harold's Health Tips
Everyone has his/her own point of view on this stuff -- know yourself. If you have a

Method and Manner of Eating
Eat something living each day. Try to avoid the cat.
Don't hurry your meals. The food passes down your throat, and in doing so, passes the
pituitary gland that reads the etheric color of the food and attempts to prepare your body
for the food. So it can be accepted and received and manifested as your body. Although
people can reach an exalted state where they can live on breath alone, you probably can't,
and neither can I.
Don't eat when you are upset.
Bless your food. This includes thinking about what you would like to manifest from your
food, whether that is healing, or whatever, be as specific and positive as possible. i.e.
"I want my ulcer to go away. Instead, I desire healthy digestion and a health stomach
specifically a strong duodenum. If you are already health (which you are, you desire to be
more healthy) say things over your food like, "confidence, truth, strength, courage,
compassion, justice, or whatever you decide -- you are in charge."
Fingers
- Wash your hands whenever you can. Ten times a day isn't too much.
- Dental health Harold recommends that as well as using a tooth brush and flossing, that
we have built-in very nice fingers and finger nails that are now clean because we wash our
hands ten times a day, and those fingers should know each individual tooth just like your
eyes know each individual finger. I don't know how people can possibly clean their entire
mouth including under the tongue and the backs of the wisdom teeth , the top of the mouth,
the tongue it's self and the inside of the cheek without using their fingers. Put some
toothpaste on the ends of your fingers and clean your whole mouth.
- Be aware of the true final frontier.
- Explore the whole body everyday. Be familiar with every part of your body. Feet, back,
neck, especially parts if you think that part is dirty -- if it's dirty, why?
- Touch it amazes me that some people find
FAT
- Everybody has some, there's brown fat and white fat. Brown fat converts to energy very
rapidly. What isn't needed coverts to white fat. If the reserve of fat isn't needed for a
long time, you can have the same fat in your body from that Oreo you ate ten years ago.
Fat gets rancid. This messes up everything. One of the main reasons that anti-oxidants are
good for you is to keep the fat in your body from turning rancid. As it turns out, during
the health revolution, natural items became very popular. Natural foods that contain fat,
if not preserved, become rancid even before you eat them, and this adds to the body's load
of toxins.
- Not everything in the health revolution was wonderful. The preservatives BHA and BHT are
actually quite good for you. Not only do they preserve foods without being toxic, but they
keep the fat in your body from becoming rancid. Fat-soluble vitamins, like vitamin E, can
help prevent rancidity. If you have pets, chances are you bought a economy-sized bag of
pet food that stands open and half-way through the bag your pets refuse to eat it.
"Darn, all natural no BHA no BHT. I correct this problem by adding a half-teaspoon of
vitamin E power to the bag and shaking it well. Then the pets won't turn up their noses
half-way through the bag. You can learn a lot from your pets. They don't like drinking out
of plastic dishes if the water is allowed to set. Most people don't take as good as care
of themselves as they do of their pets. At any rate, if you put on body fat, don't let it
get rancid. It also helps to use oils that don't have to be refrigerated, this shows that
they'll last a long time before they become rancid. Don't take chances, add BHT or vitamin
E to keep it safe. Putrefaction only needs to happen in the stomach and intestine. Eat
fresh."
- Hydrogenated oils are pre-rancid,
- Don't eat Burned foods. Oxidized oils can be a catalyst to oxidize body fat (especially
fish).
- In General
- Oils are better than solid fats
- Fresh foods are better than canned
- More important to eat something of every taste (sour, sweet, salt, pungent, bitter,
fresh) than to eat something from every food group everyday. i.e. sugar problems? Eat more
things that are bitter.
Some of Harold's Favorite Foods
- Wheat germ if it is fresh
- Wheat germ oil if it's fresh
- Spirilina (try taking a few capsules with your multiple vitamin so your multiple won't
shock your system). A good multiple vitamin will be from food and include excipentents
that will help the body digest the vitamins. Know yourself.
