It reproduces a remedy in every way (the same intelligence) but not the material -- it keeps the intent whole and still does no harm even if the plant or chemical it was taken from was poisonous originally.
They reproduce the design the creator had in mind without being toxic. Maintaining the microcosm within the macrocosm, maintaining the entity intelligence, while being raised to a level of doing no harm.
This is something that radionics can't really do, as it has been demonstrated time and time again that the L-field can not be completely reproduced.
