Magickal

In magick, a piece in your pocket is mildly commanding: it causes people to treat you with respect who normally wouldn't. Consider taking some with you to visit the boss. Since people should treat people with respect, Harold sees this as good magick.

Botanical

Sanguinaria canadensis also known as Red Puccoon, Indian Plant, Tetterwort, Sanguinaria

North American early spring perennial flower that emerges with the leaf from one end of the horizontal root. After the flower fads, the leaves keep growing throughout early summer. All parts of the plant are active, but only the root is officinal. Because all medicinal activity of the plant are due to the toxic alkaloid sanguinarine, we only recommend it's magickal use.
